Paulin Modi - Experienced Property Developer in Michigan

Paulin "Paul" Modi is a Rochester Hills, Michigan-based engineer with more than 20 years of experience. He has served as partner and president with SM Engineers since 2017, during which time he has led all aspects of project planning for a range of private and public developments. Paulin Modi also manages client relations for the firm and ensures project compliance with environmental regulations and building codes.

Paul Modi has led development efforts on several prominent projects in Michigan, including the redevelopment of the Northland Mall in Southfield, Trailway Commons in Auburn Hills, Benjamin Davis Veterans Village Apartments in Detroit, and Howard Estates in Flint. In addition to Michigan, he holds Professional Engineer licenses in California and Nevada.

Complementing his experience, Paulin Modi holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a bachelor of civil engineering from Gujarat University in India.
